Terms of Service

Vidual Send (“Send”) is a free file-transfer tool operated by Where Beagles Dare Ltd(“Vidual”, “we”, “us”), registered in England and Wales (company no. 11038022). By using Send you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use it.

Send lets you transfer files for free, with no account: up to 2 GB per transfer, kept for about four days and then deleted automatically. It’s a convenience, not a storage or backup service — always keep your own copy. We may change, limit, or withdraw the service or these limits at any time.

You must be at least 16 and able to form a binding contract. You’re responsible for everything sent from your transfers, and for making sure you’re allowed to send it.

You agree not to use Send to upload, send, or store anything that:

• you don’t own or have the rights to share;
• is unlawful, infringes someone else’s rights, or breaches their confidence or privacy;
• contains malware, or is designed to harm, disrupt, or gain unauthorised access to any system;
• is child sexual abuse material — we have zero tolerance and will report it to the relevant authorities;
• is harassing, threatening, defamatory, or hateful; or
• attempts to overload, abuse, probe, or circumvent the service or its limits.

We scan every transfer for malware and may refuse, block, or remove any transfer that fails a scan or breaches these terms, without notice.

You keep all rights to everything you send.We don’t claim ownership of it.

You grant us only a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, scan, and transmit your files solely to provide the transfer you’ve asked for, and only for as long as that transfer exists (up to about four days). This licence:

• is not sublicensable, except to our service providers strictly so they can help deliver the transfer;
• ends when the transfer is deleted; and
• does not let us use your content to train AI or machine-learning models, create derivative works, publish or display it, or use it for anything other than delivering your transfer.

If a transfer infringes your copyright or breaches these terms, tell us at copyright@vidualspaces.com (copyright) or abuse@vidualspaces.com(other abuse). Please include enough detail to identify the content and the transfer link, your contact details, and a statement of your good-faith belief and authority to complain. We act on valid reports and may remove content; where appropriate we’ll pass a complaint to the person who sent the transfer so they can respond.

Send is provided “as is” and “as available”. We don’t guarantee that it will always be available, that a transfer will always be delivered or downloadable, or that files won’t be lost before they expire. Keep your own copy of anything you send.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited by law (including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud). Subject to that, and because Send is provided free of charge, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data, profit, or goodwill, and our total liability to you in connection with Send is limited to £100.

You agree to cover us for any loss or claim arising from content you send through Send or from your breach of these terms, to the extent the law allows.

We may suspend, restrict, or withdraw Send (or any transfer) at any time — for example to protect the service, its users, or to comply with the law. We may update these terms; the current version always lives here, with its “last updated” date.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. For anything else, contact legal@vidualspaces.com.
